Fitness class gets the people we serve moving and teaches them the imporance of staying active and fit. While we include activity and movement in many of our classes, with Fitness we teach it first hand.
During the Coronavirus pandemic we have an online Fitness class weekly that is open to everyone in our program, and it is attended as well or better than other standing classes. It always has our population up and moving and our Fitness instructor has specialized training to serve the needs of our population.
