In the most recent client satisfaction survey, our clients tell us they are happy with our services.
Out of the 152 individuals responding to the survey, 81 or 53.3% of the total rated Creative Enterprises overall services as Very Happy (Very satisfied) and never more than 5% unsatisfied with our services. We pride ourselves on using client feedback to make constant improvements in our services, and in the way, we deliver services to our clients.
We measure client satisfaction in the areas of how well we respect their rights; in how well we protect their health and safety; in how we communicate with clients and their caregivers/families; in giving clients choices in their programs and daily activities; in personal services; and in overall satisfaction. The accompanying graph shows very high scores in each of the six categories.
This latest survey tells us we’re on the right track, but we will continue to look for ways to make our programs the very best for our clients.
