Summary of Our Services

We gladly accept referrals for admissions consideration from several State agencies.

We also offer facility tours to provide an inside look into our programs and teach applicants about the process of applying for admission directly or through the available referral sources. Please Contact Us by phone or email and schedule your private tour or proceed directly with a referral.

State and Federal Programs

We contract with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency with an emphasis on getting people trained and employed. This State agency is generally a short-term program for individuals who are almost ready to go to work. If they need long-term training, they are generally referred to another program.

We contract with the Department of Behavioral Heath and Developmental Disabilities to work with individuals approved for a NOW or COMP Medicaid Waiver. This is generally a long-term program for individuals needing services to live a meaningful life. The focus is on daily living skills, employment, socialization, education and interests.

NOW and COMP Medicaid Waiver Programs

Individuals who hold waivers under the New Options Waiver (NOW) and Comprehensive Supports Waiver (COMP) programs may apply for services at Creative Enterprises. Georgia’s Medicaid waiver program is administered by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Individuals who are Medicaid eligible may apply for a waiver through DBHDD.

Available Medicaid Waiver services include:

  • Community Access Group (T2025-HQ)
  • Community Access Individual (T2025-UB)
  • Pre-vocational Services (T2015)
  • Supported Employment Individual (T2019-UB)
  • Supported Employment Job Maintenance (T2019-HQ)

The type and amount of services you receive from Creative Enterprises will depend on your individual waiver budget.
